Kung Fu

Welcome to Wu Tang Dao’s Martial Arts Strength Training class, where our curriculum is perfect for students of all levels. Our structured program is designed to help you improve your physical strength, balance, and overall health.

The class is divided into four parts: stretching and calisthenics, structure training, traditional Kung Fu forms, and real-life combat applications.

Our stretching and calisthenics exercises will help you improve your flexibility and mobility, while our structure training is a challenging full-body exercise that helps develop power, balance, bone density, and organ detoxification. Our traditional Kung Fu forms include styles such as praying mantis, fast Tai Chi, baji, pi gua, and various weapons. Finally, our real-life combat applications will give you the skills and confidence you need to defend yourself in any situation.

This class is a two hour workout with a highly skilled instructor. Saturdays at 10:00am.
